Welcome to Discoluminati. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of discoluminati.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders & Fulfillment

Merch sold on our shop is produced on demand. Payment is securely processed by Stripe, and orders are produced and shipped by Printify and its print partners. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any amount charged.

Because items are made to order, production and shipping times vary by product and destination, and estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Returns & Replacements

Because our merch is printed on demand specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Replacement claims are handled in line with our print partner's policies.

Intellectual Property

The Discoluminati name, logo, artwork, music, designs, and site content are owned by Discoluminati or our artists and licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Purchasing merch grants you ownership of the physical item only — not any rights in the underlying artwork, trademarks, or music.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or other users' data.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content, or use our name or marks in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation, without permission.
  • Submit demos or other materials that you do not have the rights to share, or that infringe anyone else's rights.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discoluminati and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
