Discoluminati ("Discoluminati," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent disco house record label. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use discoluminati.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.

  • Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name so we can send you release announcements, event news, and label updates.
  • Merch orders. When you buy from our shop, we collect the order details and the name, email, and shipping address needed to fulfill it. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages. If you email us or submit a demo or contact form, we keep the information you choose to send.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site secure and working.

How We Use Your Information

  • To send the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To process, fulfill, and provide support for your merch orders.
  • To respond to your messages, demo submissions, and inquiries.

Service Providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the label, and only as needed to perform their service:

  • Stripehandles payment processing for merch orders. Your payment is processed under Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Printify and its print partners handle production and shipping of merch, and receive the name and address required to deliver your order.
  • Our email provider is used to deliver newsletters and respond to messages.

Your Choices

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and our legal and accounting obligations.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
